*The cats health, safety & well-being are our number one priority. We have a no tolerance policy if one of our guests harms a cat in any way. Do not pick up the cats. They will come to you if you are chill.*


WHY DO YOU CHARGE AN ENTRANCE FEE?

Just like humans can, cats can get stressed by too many people. Since we want to make this the most comfortable home for them before they go to their forever homes, we have to limit the number of people in our space.

Your contribution supports housing and care of the kittens, insurance, support & logistics to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our resident fur babies. Entrance fees are per person.


DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

We highly recommend reservations, especially on evenings and weekends, but always welcome walk-ins if we have space!


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to limited availability, appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice. For cancellations less than 24 hours, we will do our best to reschedule, but do not offer refunds.

We do not offer refunds on Gift cards or the Crazy Cat Person packages after redemption.


WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR LOUNGE ENTRY?

Twelve (12) years and older.

Some special events have different age limits, which are listed directly on the events when reservations are made.


ARE WE ABLE TO BRING OUR OWN CAT?

Please do not bring your cat. All of our cats are vaccinated, chipped, and fully checked out for a proper temperament for the lounge. Introducing cats to the environment without prior screening would be dangerous to the kitties.


CAN WE FEED THE CATS?

The cats will tell you that it is OK to feed them your food. They are trying to trick you. Please do not feed the cats your food. They will get sick. It will be your fault. We will kick you out.


WHAT TIME SHOULD WE GET TO OUR APPOINTMENT?

We recommend showing up 10 minutes early, so you can check in, and order a drink or food.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FIND A STRAY CAT OR NEED TO REHOME MY CAT?

If you found a stray cat and don’t know what to do, please contact our shelter partner. Please do not drop a cat in front of our business. Unknown/unscreened cats may be dangerous to our adoptable cats.


DO YOU OFFER CAT YOGA CLASSES?

Yes! We offer cat yoga sessions almost every Saturday and Sunday at 10 am. Check our reservation calendar for more details, and learn more about our cat yoga classes here!!
